Our mission is to simultaneously address the challenges faced by foreign residents in Japan and the structural issues within Japan’s housing market. To support foreign residents’ access to healthcare, Apartment Japan introduces multilingual online medical consultation services. These include prescription support and emergency ambulance arrangements, helping to reduce anxiety caused by language barriers and differences in healthcare systems. By combining “Housing × Healthcare,” we provide an environment where foreign residents can live with greater safety and peace of mind.

Due to visa restrictions, many foreign residents stay in Japan for short- to mid-term periods, leading to high demand for furnished rental properties. Apartment Japan actively encourages landlords to provide furnished rentals and promotes the use of rental bedding.
This approach reduces the need for each new resident to purchase furniture and appliances, enabling the reuse and long-term utilization of existing resources. As a result, we help minimize waste and contribute to more sustainable consumption patterns.

Through these collaborations, we not only share listings but also promote the creation of more foreigner-friendly housing and provide useful information for comfortable living.
In addition, by partnering with providers of coworking spaces, gyms and fitness platforms, online medical consultation services, housekeeping, and other lifestyle support services, we aim to deliver a one-stop solution that helps foreign residents live more comfortably in Japan.
