No. This service is only available to individuals physically located in Japan. We cannot provide consultations to users located abroad.
Yes. A professional medical interpreter will join the session if you select your preferred language during booking. We currently support 256 languages (as of 12 May 2025).
Prescribed medicines can be picked up at a nearby partner pharmacy. If you are staying in Tokyo or Kanagawa, same-day delivery by motorcycle courier is also available. Please note:
・Medications dispensed via online consultation are generally limited to a maximum of seven days.
・Certain drugs, such as psychotropic agents or sleeping pills, cannot be prescribed online.
